Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Trottflow’s booking-management software and companion mobile scanner app (the “Service”). By creating a workspace or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

You are responsible for your account credentials, for the activity in your workspace, and for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you enter — including obtaining any consent needed from your own customers. You must not use the Service for unlawful purposes or in a way that harms the Service or other users.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. AI credits, where offered, are prepaid and consumed by AI features.

Where you enable a payment provider to collect payments from your own customers, that relationship is between you, your customer and the provider. Trottflow facilitates the booking but is not a party to those transactions and is not responsible for them.

We work to keep the Service available and secure but provide it “as is”, without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update or modify features over time.

To the extent permitted by law, Trottflow is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the three months before the claim.

You may stop using the Service and close your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to protect the Service. Your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
